1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using TeleMT5 software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

  • Upon valid purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use TeleMT5 on one (1) MetaTrader 5 account.
  • The license includes all future software updates at no additional cost.
  • You may not sublicense, resell, distribute, or share your license with third parties.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.

3. Payment Terms

  • The current price of TeleMT5 is $100 USD, payable as a one-time payment.
  • Payment is accepted in USDT (BEP20) via the Binance Smart Chain network.
  • Payment must be completed within the specified countdown timer. Expired payments require a new order.
  • Prices are subject to change. Existing license holders are not affected by price changes.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software and the use of cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after license activation. We encourage users to review all features and documentation before purchase.

5. Software Usage

  • TeleMT5 is a tool that copies trade signals from Telegram channels to MetaTrader 5. It does not generate trading signals or provide financial advice.
  • You are solely responsible for selecting Telegram signal channels and configuring risk management settings.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of TeleMT5 complies with your broker's terms of service.

6. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange (forex), commodities, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • NitroTrader does not guarantee any profits or specific trading results.
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • NitroTrader is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of TeleMT5.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in TeleMT5, including but not limited to source code, design, algorithms, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by NitroTrader. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described in Section 2.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NitroTrader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Software.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Software depends on third-party services (Telegram, MetaTrader 5, broker servers) that are outside our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to: unauthorized redistribution, reverse engineering, or using the Software for illegal purposes.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trade laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
